Available in two different sizes:

The Chemex filters are available in two different sizes, precisely adapted to the size of the Chemex carafe. The smaller coffee filters are suitable for Chemex carafes, with which you can brew up to 3 cups of coffee. These have the shape of a crescent moon and must be folded before using. The large coffee filters are suitable for Chemex carafes for 5, 6, 8 and 10 cups of coffee. The large filters are already pre-folded and, depending on availability, are delivered in a round or square shape (the corners protrude slightly in this shape).

A little hint: We recommend rinsing the filter with hot water before using. This will prevent a fine paper taste in your coffee.

Instructions for the Chemex filter: If you are using the unfolded Chemex filters, fold them first so that the filter forms a semicircle. Then fold the semicircle in the middle again and open it like the pre-folded version - in the form of a bag. The folding can be done easily and is described on the packaging.
