Terms of Delivery

We deliver free of charge within Germany from € 49, -. For orders under € 49, - we charge € 3.90 in Germany for shipping costs for small packages up to 2 kg and € 4.90 for packages between 2 and 24
kg.

Cash on delivery shipments are charged additionally at € 6.90 regardless of the order value. The delivery is generally free curb. Please note this in particular when delivering bulky goods.

We also offer the UPS Express Service within Germany. Your order will therefore be delivered on the following working day (Monday - Friday) during the day, provided the goods can be delivered immediately and your order is received before 12 noon the day before. Express shipping costs €
24.90 per order, regardless of the value of the goods or the number of products per order.

Please note that large-volume or very heavy items (over 25 kg) cannot be sent via parcel service (such as fully automatic catering machines, some espresso machines, grinders). Unfortunately, UPS-Express
shipping is not possible for these items.

Deliveries to other European countries (EU + Switzerland) are calculated depending on the recipient country with shipping costs. You can find a precise list of shipping costs here. For bulky items or items over 30.00 kg (bulky items include large fully automatic machines or espresso machines as well as some equipment items etc.), we charge a bulky goods surcharge depending on the recipient
country. Bulky goods are marked as such on the respective article page (“plus bulky goods surcharge”).

Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland) incur additional customs duties and fees for the customer. You can find further information on customs duties at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds/cgi-bin/tarchap?Lang=DE and on import sales tax at
